Ingredients

  • 2 tbsoil
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tbscumin seeds
  • 1/4 tbsmustard seeds
  • 1/2 tbscoriander powder
  • 1/4 tbsblack pepper powder
  • 2dried red chilli
  • 1/4 tbsred chilli powder
  • 2chopped green chilli
  • 2finely chopped onions
  • 2finely chopped tomatoes
  • Green leafy coriander leaves as needed
  • 4-5roasted lizzat papad (small size)
  • 2-3small glass boiled water
  • 1/2 tbsginger garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in pan

  2. 2

    Add cumin seeds,mustard seeds and dried red chilli.

  3. 3

    Fry it for one minute

  4. 4

    Now add chopped onions and green chilli.

  5. 5

    Cook it for two minutes

  6. 6

    Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and black pepper powder.

  7. 7

    Cook it for two minutes.

  8. 8

    Add chopped tomatoes and ginger garlic paste.

  9. 9

    Cook it till the water completely soaked and add salt as needed.

  10. 10

    Now add boiled water, cook it for 5-10 minutes

  11. 11

    Now add roasted papad

  12. 12

    Cook it for 5 minutes.

  13. 13

    Garnish with green leafy coriander leaves and ready to serve.
