Heat oil in pan

Add cumin seeds,mustard seeds and dried red chilli.

Fry it for one minute

Now add chopped onions and green chilli.

Cook it for two minutes

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and black pepper powder.

Cook it for two minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes and ginger garlic paste.

Cook it till the water completely soaked and add salt as needed.

Now add boiled water, cook it for 5-10 minutes

Now add roasted papad

Cook it for 5 minutes.

Garnish with green leafy coriander leaves and ready to serve.
