First Marinate the Chicken with ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt and keep aside for 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken,once it's fried remove from the oil.

In the same pan,add roughly cut onions and tomatoes..Saute and cook for 8-10 minutes.

Then add ginger garlic paste, cashew, salt,sugar, garam masala, vinegar, red chilli powder and water to cook.Evenly mix altogether and let it simmer for 15-20 minutes..

Churn the mixture into fine puree..

Heat butter in a pan and add fried chicken, cream and kasoori methi and let it simmer for 5 to 8 minutes..

Finally garnish it with cream and coriander leaves..
