In a blender take tomato, ginger, garlic

Grind into paste

In a kadhai heat oil, add jeera,bay leave, clove and then onion and saute

Now add tomato puree and mix

Niw add capsicum, red chilli, salr, garam masala,turmeric and mix well

Now add paneer cubes and mix

Add 1/4 cup water and cook on high flame for two mins

Serve with naan/chapati
