1 cupparboiled rice (about 200 grams)
2 cupswater (about 475 ml)
1 tablespoonbutter or lard
1bay leaf
3garlic cloves

Grease the inside of your Crock Pot with butter.

Add the rice, bay leaf, salt, and peeled garlic cloves.

Pour in the water—always use twice as much water as rice—and stir.

Cover and cook on high for 2 hours. After 1 1/2 hours, check the rice every 10 minutes, as cooking time may vary depending on your Crock Pot.
