Cooking Instructions

    First cook your meat until it becomes soft.

    Put your meat aside, crush garlic,cut your onions and tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Put your onions and garlic into a pan add cooking oil, cooking until brown.

  4. 4

    Put your tomatoes then leave to cook until it looks like a paste then add your coconut cream and meat.

  5. 5

    Leave to cook for 15 minutes under law heat.

  6. 6

    You can serve with either rice, chapatis or ugali.
