1 cupsemoiya
1 ltrMilk
1 cupmango pulp
100 gmsugar
1 tsprose water
4 tbspdryfruits
Some rose petal for garnishing
1 tspgreencadamom powder

Steps

Heat a pan add 1tbsp ghee add semiya,cook nicely.Than add 1 lit.boiled milk.Cook it nicely.

Add dryfruits & cadamompowder cook another 5 mints.Than add mango pulp&cook. Cook it till it's becomes thick. Add rose water & Off the gas &cool it.

Ready to serve sheerkhurma.Garnish with chopped dryfruits,rose petal&mango slice serve it.
