- 2
Season the fish well on both sides with the spice for fish.

Mix the flour with oregano on a plate.
- 4
Toss the fish in the flour mixture, press down to ensure that it is well coated on both sides and shake well to remove excess.

Fried Fish Fried Fish
This tasty fried fish recipe is made with a basic combination of flour and seasonings, but don't be fooled by the simplicity of this dish—the fillets fry up crispy and delicious. Haddock and cod are two excellent choices for fried fish, but tilapia, pollock, or another mild white fish should work fine. Be careful not to overcook the thin fillets or burn the crispy coating. Fried Pompano W/ Fresh Tomato Fish Sauce | Cá Chiên Sốt Cà Fried Pompano W/ Fresh Tomato Fish Sauce | Cá Chiên Sốt Cà
One of my favorite Vietnamese home comfort food! This dish brings back nostalgic memories of when mom used to cook dinner for our big family of 8. I remember never liking fish when I was little, but this dish made me took a liking to it. I realized that it’s not fish that I don’t like, it’s the way it’s prepared that I was picky about. This is a crispy fried fish with a sweet, sour, and savory sauce that’s full of color, flavor, freshness and umami. Quoc Nguyen | Chef Q -

Macrobiotic Crispy Sake Lees Snack Sticks Macrobiotic Crispy Sake Lees Snack Sticks
I bought sake lees cookies at a macrobiotic bakery in my hometown. They were so delicious I wanted more, but they were super expensive. So, I thought I'd try making my own. I referenced the ingredients on the label, and created my own recipe; I was able to reproduce the original. I added some oatmeal for an original twist.Be sure to cook through to a crisp. If you don't have any beet sugar, regular sugar is fine. These become quite crispy once they've cooled down; be sure to let them cool before enjoying them. Recipe by Yukimaru cookpad.japan
