First of all prepare the mold grease some oil place butter paper and grease again and keep aside

Now prepare the pot put some salt in base place a wire rack stand flame on medium to low and cover for 10 min until we prepaer the better

Take a large bowl. Add 4 eggs and beat for 2 min on medium speed

Now add caster sugar and beat for atleast 8 to 9 mins must (consistency should be same in the pic must)

Now swift flour,vanilla essance and mix with the techniques of (cut nad fold method) "DO NOT OVER MIX"

Place the better in preheat pot (DO NOT OPEN UNTIL CAKE DONE) bake first 10 min on medium to low flame and than bake another 25 min in low flame

Take out and cool it down than de-mold

Remove butter paper and sponge is ready for all types of cake

Serve as it is with tea or frost it with heavy cream (beaten) decorate and celebrate birthdays and events you want. Gud day and enjoy 😊
