Ingredients

  • 2-3 sticksLotus roots
  • 5-6Tomatoes
  • 1/4 kgYouguts
  • to tasteSalt
  • Red chilli 1/2 t spn
  • Gg paste 2 t spoon
  • Green chilli 5 6
  • Oil for cooking
  • to tasteChat masala
  • Lemon 1 medium

Steps

  1. 1

    1st wash and cut lotusroots and boil them

    Take oil and tomatoes with cooks with g.g paste properly.

  3. 3

    Add spices and yougt and cook with low flame and them add cuuted boiled lotus roots

  4. 4

    Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice and chillies and served
