2boiled mashed potatoes
1/4grated cheese
1chopped green chilli
1/2 tspgaram masala
1/2 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspcoriander powder
1/2 tspGinger garlic paste
to tasteSalt
1/2 cupOil

Mix all ingredients and mix knead the dough.

Leave aside for an hour.

Roll out paranthas.

Shallow fry on both sides.

Serve with sauce and pickle.
