Sb se pehle pan mein 1/2 cup oil Mein boneless chicken shamil krain or isay deep fry krlain.jab chicken deep fry hojaye to excess oil nikal dain or 3 tbsp oil shamil krdain.

Phr is Mein adrak lehsan ka paste or chop tamater daal dain sath hi kuti Lal mirch b shamil krdain. Or tamater glne tak pakayn.

Is ke baad is Mein haldi powder,dhania kuta hua,zeera powder,white pepper powder,peesa hua khopra or namak shamil krdain or achi trha bhoon lain.

Jab bhoon Jaye or chicken b gal Jaye phr is mein garam masala powder shamil krain upper se cream b shamil krdain or hlki anch or Thora sa pakayn.

Ab is Mein kutay huye badaam shamil krdain or butter b shamil krdain.

Serve krtay huye upper se cream or butter se garnish krdain or garam garam naan ke sath serve krain.
