Which where i came from ( Indonesia 🇮🇩 )
I personally I don't like deep fry foods, salty & greasy.
I more favor in grilling and stir fry
So that's why i have more enjoying eat at home than eating out
I can used everything fresh & healthy and very hygienic .

Blend all ingredients like garlic, shallots, ginger, tumeric put aside

Sautéed the seasoning with oil in the heated wok until it's all cooked (put aside) Wash clean the chicken soaked with a lot of sea salt & 2 of slices fresh lemon 🍋 about 30 minutes then wash it clean and dry it out. Pour the seasoning into it and let it set over night. If you Grilled those in the oven set the temperature to 450 and 1 hour then flip it over grill it again for 30 minutes
