Steps

Wash dal and rice separately and soak for at least 4 hrs.

Grind both to a fine paste by adding little water.Let it ferment overnight.It will become light and fluffy. Take one bowl of batter and add rava and salt and mix well.

Chop all the veggies and keep aside.

Take a non stick pan and put some oil. Then keep a ring at the centre and grease it properly from inside, pour batter in it. Fill it half. Cover and cook it. Once it's cooked remove slowly with a knife and flip and cook from other side. Cook completely on one side till it becomes crispy. Other side cook it slightly.

Make uttapam and keep aside. Apply pizza sauce on the crispy side.

Then arrange veggies and corn.Sprinkle some salt, oregano and chilli flakes. Grate some cheese on top.

Keep this uttapam on pan and cover and cook it till cheese melts.

Remove in a plate and serve hot.
