First of all soaked the red mirch and soyabadi in lukewarm water in different bowls. Affter that take a bowl or plate for dough and mix all ingredients flour salt and oil and mix slowly water to prepare a soft dough. It should not be sticky, covered it.

Now strain the mirch from water.take a mixer grinder and grind all the things of chutni except of oil. Now put a pan or kadhai on stove on high flame.pour the oil into pan crackle some jeera. Now saute the chutni in. Coverd the pan with lid 2-3 mintues.add needed some water in chutni. whenever it release the oil.turn off the flame and keep aside.

Now squeeze all the soyabadi from the water. Grind it in mixer grinder. Put a pan on low flame heat the oil.crackle some jeera and fry the finally chopped onion, green chilli until the light brown, now add the soya badi and mix it add the salt and vinegar mix it well.cool it

Now divided the dough in small ball.roll it like puri. Keep the filling on it and give momos shape or your favourite shape. Prepare all the momos like it.

Take a steemer or momos bartan. Fill it with some water. Boil the water then put momos one by one into the steemer plate and cover the lid for 15 minutes

Now check the momos with a toothpick.if needed to cook again then keep it again some time.now take out all the momos.and prepare rest all. Now serve hot momos with chutni and enjoy.
