Ingredients

  • 2 cupswhite chickpeas soaked into water for 8 hours
  • 4-5 podsGarlic
  • 2Green chillies
  • As neededCoriander
  • 2 tablespoonsLemon juice
  • 4 tablespoonsExtra virgin olive oil
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • HandfulWhite sesame seeds
  • As requiredOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Now divide the soaked chickpeas into two halves.Boiled half of the chickpeas

    For hummus put boiled chickpeas in a grinder add garlic pods,lemon juice,add little tahini sauce with little salt and blend it smoothly

    For the starter those who don’t know tahini sauce it’s made from slight roasted white sesame seeds with extra virgin olive oil

  4. 4

    For falafel grind soaked chickpeas in a grinder along with green chillies,coriander leaves,garlic pods,lemon juice,salt and drizzle with virgin olive oil
