1st add water and all gram flour with all spices in a bowl and mix it well

Grease a steel tray and set a side

Now pour it in a non stick pan and stir constantly

When it's getting thick switch to a spoon and stir continously

It will get thicker and thicker

Take a plate and drop a tsp on it

Put it in the fridge and check. If it holds it's shape it is ready to set

Put it on the tray and spread it with a scraper

Make a thin 1/4 inch layer and set it to cool completely

When it become firm cut the edges and cut it into desire shape and size

Now add oil in a pan add cumin

After few second add all spices and garlic ginger paste along with 2,3 tsp water. Cook it 1 minute

Then add yogurt

Cook again 2,3 minutes

When oil comes out in the gravy add the paste and mix it well

Cook it 2,3 minutes more. Then add water for gravy

Add qasoori methi and simmer it 2 minutes

When u want to dish it out reheat the gravy and add khandviyan in it.
