In a bowl,soak cashew and almond in warm water for half an hour.

Blend cashew,peeled almonds,green chilli into smooth paste.

Cut the chicken into small piece and marinate with ginger garlic paste, hunk curd,fresh cream, salt,black pepper, lemon juice, chopped coriander and cashew almond paste.

Mix well and soak for 8 hrs or overnight.

Preheat oven for 10 mins(240'c degree) and arrange the soaked chicken in skewer.

Place them in baking tray.

Grill for 20 mins(240'c degree) in oven on one side and turn the skewer to grill the other side of chicken for 20 minutes.

Remove the skewer from oven, brush the chicken with melted butter and show this into direct heat.

Serve with mint chutney, lemon and onions.
