Cooking Instructions

Peal nd wash ur yam
- 2
Heat on ur pan put oil,put pinch salt on ur yam nd start frying
- 3
For d sauce put ur non stick frying pan on fire in a low heat then add in ur oil nd onion after 3min add in ur tomatoes paste, Pepper seasoning nd a pinch of salt stir it allow it to fry for 10min. Then serve

This Sauce is traditionally eaten in Nigeria with boiled yam or roasted yam. As long as there's yam, please eat on. Normally the sliced peppers and onions are eaten raw with the addition of palm oil. HOT!!Well you can sauté the onions. One of my girlfriends mum got me addicted to the dish. Each time am at her bouse, the woman serves it raw with boiled yam. Anyways i opted for fried yam and not much difference...#edostate
