Dabeli crunch

In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds. Then add dabeli masala and roast it for few seconds.

Add date tamarind chutney and mix it. Add boiled and mashed potatoes and salt. Add approximate 1/4 cup water and mix well. Cook until the watery part absorbs and make a smooth mixture. Transfer to a bowl.

Now spread chopped onion, coriander leaves, masala peanuts and pomegranate seeds over mixture. Slightly press with spoon. Mixture is ready.

Cut edges of bread slices. Make circles with round shape cutter. (2 bread circles should be done from one big slice). Now heat tawa and roast only one side of bread circles till golden brown and crisp by applying little butter. Transfer to a plate.

At the time of serving apply red garlic chutney over roasted part of bread slices. Spread prepared Dabeli mixture over it. Heat tawa, cook bottom side of bread circles till golden and crisp by applying butter on low flame.

Apply date tamarind chutney and sprinkle nylon Sev over it and serve immediately.
