Steps

Combine all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl knead the dough and cover the dough for 10-minutes.

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, add chopped green chilli, add hing saute for 1-minutes, add roasted dhaniya powder, black pepper powder, add fennel seeds, dhaniya jeera powder, red chilli powder, salt and add boiled mutter saute for 2-minutes, add boiled potatoes and garam masala powder and mix well.

Switch off the flame and add the coriander leaves. and mix well. Set aside to cool a bit.

Knead the dough smooth, make ball and roll oval shape

Cut into 2-equal portion using a knife.

Apply water on the edges and join to make a cone., fill the masala, apply water on the edges and stick to close the samosa. Press to seal properly. Prepare all samosa.

Heat the oil to fry the samosa golden brown colour

Drain on a kitchen towel.

Serve with tamarind chutney Or ketchup.
