to tastesalt
1/3 tspkasuri methi
1/2 tspchat masala
1 tspginger garlic paste
1 tspmango powder (amchoor)
1/2 tspgaram masala
1 pincheatable red colour
1egg
1 tbspcourflour
As requiredoil for deep frying

Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients for 1 hour.

Heat oil in a karahi & deep fry the chicken.Take them out on the tissue paper to absorb excess oil Garnish with kasuri methi & serve hot with mint chutney & onions.
