  • 1raw chicken
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/3 tspkasuri methi
  • 1/2 tspchat masala
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tspmango powder (amchoor)
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1 pincheatable red colour
  • 1egg
  • 1 tbspcourflour
  • As requiredoil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a karahi & deep fry the chicken.Take them out on the tissue paper to absorb excess oil Garnish with kasuri methi & serve hot with mint chutney & onions.
