Ingredients

  • cubesChicken boneless cut in
  • 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 5Tomatoes
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1/2 tspwhite pepper
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 packetcream
  • 6green chillies
  • 2 cupsOil
  • For garnishing
  • Handfulcoriander leaves chopped
  • Ginger slices cut in julienne

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil fry chicken well. Add tomatoes and green chillies. Cook. Remove tomatoes skin. Add all seasoning and bhuno well. Add cream and mix well. Cook till chicken tender. Garnish with coriander leaves and ginger julienne. Serve.
