In a mixing bowl, add the corn. sprinkle some water, add 4 tbsp of all purpose flour, salt and pepper. give it a nice mix until all seeds are coated with flour

In a medium high heated oil in a pan, fry thr seeds for 3 - 4 minutes dont forget to separate them when frying

Remove and place on a paper towel to drain off excess oil

For the seasoning, take the chili powder, masala, ginger, salt. mix this up.

Squeeze in juice from half lemon into the bowl with the fried corn, add in the seasoning onions and dhania.

Serve as a snack and enjoy.
