Semolina Pancakes

My Nani used to make this for me whenever I used to visit Pakistan :) Our very favourite specially when made by my Nani.. In Punjab we call it Pura, but don’t know if it's famous elsewhere or not..
We mostly have it as our #TeaTimeMenu or in breakfast.
The batter is similar to pancake batter.
Note: You can add more sugar if you like more sweet.
The more you give rest time to the batter, the better the pancakes will turn out.
You may always need to add 2 to 3 tbsp of milk whenever you give a long time rest.
This batter can be used within 3 days.
Also you can add some ‘khoya’ for more richer taste.
