Sabudana kheer made with jaggery

Keep required ingredients ready. Soak sabudana in water for an hour. Drain the water once sabudanas are soft.

Mix water to jaggery, bring to boil to make syrup. Turn off gas- let syrup cool. Make paste using 2 tsp sabudana with half glass milk.

Heat the ghee in pan, roast dry fruits for two minutes, add soaked sabudanas saute it. Add milk, sabudana paste and cardamom and allow kheer to boil, turn off heat. Allow it to cool.

Add cooled jaggery syrup to cooled sabudana kheer and mix well. Transe to serving plate. SABUDANA KHEER MADE WITH JAGGERY IS READY.
