Vrat ka custard
Steps

First grind samak rice with milk
Take a pan and add mixture of milk & milk powder. - 2
Add cardamom powder and saffron
Keep stirringLet it boil
Now add samak milk ground mixture. - 3
Keep stirring and cooking fr 5-7 minutes.

Add sugar and mix till it dissolves
You will get a thick consistency of custard - 5
Remove from the heat and let it cool

Serve chilled after adding chopped fruits of your choice
Tasty custard is ready
