Mix all the dry ingredients and rub the ghee in. Make a dough using hot milk.
Keep it to ferment possibly overnight or at least 4 hours. - 2
Divide the dough in 6 equal parts. Take one part and roll it round to about 1/4 inch thickness. Cut it in four and deep fry until golden brown.
Sprinkle sugar while its still hot if preferred. - 3
