Ingredients

14 servings
  • 454 gwarm water
  • 1 tablespoonyeast
  • 1 tablespoonlight brown sugar
  • 1white sugar
  • 3 cupsbread flour
  • 3 cupswholewheat flour
  • 1 tablespoonsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix together water, yeast and sugars. Add 1 cup of the bread flour and leave for 10 mins

  2. 2

    Add all the whole wheat flour, salt and the rest of bread flour

  3. 3

    Knead

  4. 4

    Cover with towel and leave for 20 mins

  5. 5

    Bake in over for 15-20 mins
