Ingredients

  1. Garrin masara
  2. Kuka
  3. Manja
  4. Daddawa
  5. Blended tomato, red pepper, onion, ginger
  6. Meat
  7. Seasoning, spices
  8. Water

Cooking Instructions

    Place pot in a fire, add required water and cover to boil, in a bowl add some garin masara and water to make a paste, then pour the paste to the boiling water and mix well cover it to cook for 10mins den u add more garin masara until it's a bit thick then cover to cook for 5mins then mould it inside leather and put in a flask

    Place another pot on a fire add palm oil and fry, add blended tomato, onion, red pepper, ginger and stir fry, add daddawa, seasoning, spices and meat, then you add required water and cover it to cook for 20mins

    Then take off the pot on fire, add ur kuka and whisk it very well then place it back on fire and allow to cook for mins. Then serve it with your tuwon masara and your yaji
