Take a large bowl,combine the salt, yogurt and besan, semolina, whisk it together along with water to make a thick batter.

Add lemon juice, ginger chilli paste and eno fruit salt. Whisk well to combine.

Now take microwave safe rectangular box.grease it with oil.add batter in it.cover it with foil paper.keep it in the microwave for five minutes.after that check with toothpick.if toothpick is clear came out.thats mean our dhokla is ready.keep it side for 15 minutes.

For dhokla water:- Take a pan add oil.add mustard seeds, green chilli and Curry leaves.now add water.then add sugar, lemon juice and tomato sauce.switch off the flame.

Now cut the square shape pieces of dhokla and pour all the dhokla water in it.keep it as it is for 15 minutes.

Our tasty dhokla is ready.serve with tomato sauce.
