At first,chop all the vegetables.

Soak all the lentil in bowl over night.

Boil them in cooker with salt.

Take wheat flour,ghee,salt together in pot.

Add turmeric,curd and baking powder on it.

Then,cumin and hand crush carom seeds.

Mix all of them together.

Put enough water on the flour

Knead the flour gently and make a dough

Keep the dough for 30 mins.

Now,make a log and cut it into equal slices.

Next,each slice give round shape.

Point the round shape by finger on the slices.

Put pan with water in induction.

Boil the water.

Put the balls into the pan and let it cook.

Cook till they float on the surface of water for 20 min.

Now,drain the water and make it dry.

After that,put oil on a pan in gas.

Fry the boil baflas.

Dal:put oil in pan with mustard,cumin and carom seeds.

Then,add asafoetida,onion and paste of garlic.

Now,saute it and put tomato green chilli

Then,add salt,turmeric and red chilli powder in it.
