Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a well and add milk mixed with egg. Mix them properly when done, cover the dough with a plastic wrap for 20 minutes. Place on a floured place and roll to form a flat even piece. Cut to desired shape and fry them in hot cooking oil.
