Steps

Put oil in a pan and add onions.

When onions become golden brown, take it out in a plate.

Grind fried onions with yogurt.

Now add fenugreek seed in an oil. When it becomes light brown, then add g.g paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and coriander powder. Bhonofy it.

When oil comes out, add onions and yogurt paste. Bhonofy it again. Now add potatoes and water. Cook it until potatoes become tender. Check out the curry consistency, it should not be thick or watery.

Now add eggs and do dum for 2 minutes. Now close the stove.

Dish out the curry in a bowl, sprinkle garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves.

U can also add Garam masala powder with eggs. It's up to you. Some times I sprinkle it or some times I directly added in a curry.
