Take a bowl,add besan and all spices then add curd and mix the water slowly slowly.make a thick better now add palak in this better. Cover with a lid for 15-20 minutes.

Now check the consistency of the better,it could be not more thick or thin.

Heat a iron tawa. Grease it with oil and spread the better in a thin layer with a big spoon pour some drops on outer it. Turn the upside and bake it.

Serve it with your favourite chutney tomato sauce or hari dhaniya pudina chutney.
