Chakki ki shaak

Take wheat flour in a bowl and add salt and oil in it and make a tight dough of this.

Make small ball from this dough and steam them.

Now fry these steam balls in oil.

Meanwhile fry the oinion and make a paste with curd.

Now take a pan put 2 tablespoons oil put cumin seeds in it and add onion curd paste which we have made then add tomato.

Now add dry spices (coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala.) And add salt,red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and Kasuri methi in the gravy. Keep the lid and let the gravy cook.

When oil comes out it means the gravy has cooked properly. Then add the fried balls in the gravy. Cook for some time and then flame off.chakki ki shaak is ready to serve.

Serve with coriander.
