Ingredients

2 cuprice flour
1/2 tspcarom seeds(ajwain)
to tasteSalt
as neededWarm water to bind
as neededOil for frying

Steps

1

In mixing bowl combine rice flour,carom seeds,salt. Add warm water in it and bind to smooth little hard dough.
2

Make small flattened balls from prepared dough. Roll lightly in 2-3"diameter round puris. Deep fry in hot oil.

Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Chausela (Rice flour Puri).
