  • 1 cupcooked rice
  • 1onion sliced
  • 1tomato sliced
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspgaram masala

    In a kadhai add oil. Now add cumin seeds and onion.cook for two minutes.now add all the spices.mix well.add tomato give a nice mix.add rice.mix well and cook for five minutes.ready to serve.serve hot.
