  • 1 bowlBeaten wheat
  • 3 bowlsMilk
  • 10Almonds
  • 10Cashew
  • 10Raisins
  • 6Pastichio
  • 6Dry dates
  • 4Green cardamom
  • 2 tbspPure Ghee
  • 4 tspSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat pure ghee in a pan. Add Partridge and stir fry till aroma of roasted daliya comes or it turn pinkish.

    Now add milk and stir till Partridge is done

    Add sugar and dry fruits and stir for two minutes or till sugar dissolves completely.

    Nutritious breakfast is ready to serve. Serve garnished with chopped dry fruits.
