Ingredients

  • 1 cupchopped onion
  • 1 cupchopped fenugreek leaves
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • To tasteSalt
  • As neededOil
  • 4 cupwheat flour

Steps

  1. 1

    First in a flour add chopped onion, fenugreek leaves and all dry masala and 2tspn oil and knead a soft dough

  2. 2

    Make paratha and serve with coriander chutney and ketchup
