Ingredients

  • 100 gmsalmonds
  • 1/2 litermilk
  • 3 tbsprice flour
  • 125 gmssugar
  • 200 gmscream
  • 1/2 tspvanilla essence
  • Ice cubes as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat milk in a wok.

  2. 2

    Add almonds, rice flour and sugar.

  3. 3

    Cook till thickness.

  4. 4

    Then add cream and vanilla essence, mix well

  5. 5

    After it cools down, pour into a blender.

  6. 6

    Add ice cubes and blend it.

  7. 7

    Now pour in glasses.

  8. 8

    Garnish with almonds and pistachios.

  9. 9

    Serve chilled.
