My soft eggroll recipe has a doughnut like texture on the outside.I created this recipe for my customers who do not like crunchy dough.
Steps

Activate your yeast in warm water untill foamy

Sift in you remaining dry ingredients into a bowl

Rub in butter

Add in milk and water and mix to form a dough.

Divide into 20 balls then cover and allow to rest for10 mins

Roll each ball into a disc,put an egg onto all the disc.Then you roll over and pinch the edges.

Place the roll on a floured tray,cover and allow to rise for 15 mins.

Heat oil in a shallow pan and fry on medium heat untill done.
