Combine all the spices together

Add soy sauce

Add oil

Squeeze out juice of the lemon

Combine the lamb meat with the spices. Marinate for at least one hour (i marinated mine for 4 hours)

Soak skewers in cold water for 15 minutes. This will prevent them from burning when grilling the kebab.

Arrange the skewers while the skewers still have some moisture

Grill / barbecue

Halfway through grilling, apply the remaning of the marinade

Kebab are ready when they are well browned. This will consume about 20 minutes.
