Ingredients

  • 3/4 cupurad dal
  • 3/4 cuppoha
  • 1 and 1/2 cup rava(suji)
  • To tasteSalt
  • 10-15chopped curry leaves
  • As neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak urad dal for 8-10 hours.

  2. 2

    Now grind urad dal,poha and rava, add little amount of water only for grind.

  3. 3

    Now mix it well and kept it for 8 - 10 hours.

  4. 4

    Add salt,eno and curry leaves, mix it well, now grease idli sancha with oil and put better in it.

  5. 5

    Cook it for 10-15 minutes.

  6. 6

    Idli is ready to serve with coconut chutney
