First heat the pan then add butter after that add onion saute for 30 sec then add green chilies after that add mashed boiled potato, grated paneer, breadcrumb,schezwan chutney, salt mix all together cook for 2-3 mins medium flame then add grated cheese mix it well stuffing is ready now

Make cornflour slurry take 1 bowl add cornflour, all-purpose flour, salt, water mix it well together make smooth consistency not much thick or not much water.

When stuffing is ready to cool it down then make nugget shape

Heat the oil for frying when oil is hot take nugget dip in cornflour slurry then cover with bread crumb then fry in medium flame for 3-4 min

Then remove in tissue paper plate to remove Excess oil from nuggets

Serve hot hot nuggets with tomato sauce

You can store this half fry nugget in freezer for 2 weeks.
