Steps
- 1
In your sufuria heat oil until hot.
- 2
Put your onions. I prefer slicing them round. Cook until translucent
- 3
Then add your ground masala na the whole. Cook them for about 4 min
- 4
Your onions will start to brown add your beef n stir until the meat browns too.
- 5
Then add your washed rice. Stir to keep it from sticking at the bottom n that it mixes well with the beef.add your garlic at this stage (to avoid the metalic or bitter taste that comes from too much cooking of the garlic) n cook for about 2 min
- 6
Add your beef broth n salt to taste then bring to boil n
- 7
When the water is almost dry stir once then cover sufuria with a cling foil n the lid this is to make your rice cook with the steam.
- 8
Once ready let it rest for about 10min then serve.
- 9
Bon appetite
