Creamy steel cut oats

Name: Creamy steel cut oats
Cuisine: South African
Ingredients: 1 cup steel cut oats; 4 cups milk; Pinch salt; 1/2 cup frozen blueberries; I use a basic non-stick pot, this decreases to a minimum the chances of the milk scorching 2 minutes into cooking. Not cast iron please, don’t use cast iron pots to make creamy milky oats

A solid favourite. The best breakfast. Listen here! Nothing beats this creamy goodness. I don’t involve water when it comes to my oats. Not a single drop. Feel free to but, do try my way first okay 😉

I believe in quick, full of fibre meals. I love vegetables. I cannot cook for one. Rocket is my favourite herb. Beef is the winner but I’ve drastically cut down.Health is wealth (I try)Again, I believe in quick meals.
