Grandma Margaret’s Scalloped Corn Recipe 😍

Bake in a mixing or casserole bowl!*
line the bottom of the bowl with cracker and butter mixture (1/2 sleeve of saltines crushed + 2 tbsp butter)

In a second bowl mix 2 cans of creamed corn, 1 tbsp flour, 1 tsp sugar and 1 egg + 1 egg white.

Pour into baking bowl and top with the rest of the crushed saltines.

Bake @ 350F for 30-40 mins, until it’s not jiggly anymore, the topping is slightly browned, and bubbling starts around the edges.

NOTE: not 100% sure on the cracker to butter ratio for the bottom crust but it should basically be a consistency that allows it to be packed down to the bottom of the bowl. 😊
