A very nutritious and healthy soup for winters .Our grandma used to give us this soup in entire winter season and we still love this tasty soup.
Steps

For wheat sprout,wash 1cup wheat.Drap in a cotton /muslin cloth.Leave in an airy space.You will get wheat sprouts in 2 days.Now take wheat sprouts in a grinding jar,add a little water and grind till smooth.

Add other dry fruits and further grind to a smooth paste,add water if necessary.

Heat ghee in a pan,when warm add cloves and cardemom.Add the sprout-dry fruits paste.Saute for 2 minutes on low flame. Add 2.5 cups of water.Bring to a boil.

Simmer the flame and cook on low flame for 7-minutes.Do not cover the pan.

After 7-8 minutes add sugar,stir and further cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.Soup is ready to serve.

Serve hot.
