Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  • 5Egg
  • Potato 3 medium
  • 5 tbspOil
  • SliceOnion 1 medium
  • 1 tbspRed chillies powder
  • to tasteSalt according
  • Turmeric powder half tsp
  • Green chillies and coriander leaves chopped, for garnishing

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil, add onion and potato. Fry for 5 minutes. Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and half glass water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    As oil appear, add eggs and cooked till done. Garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies. It's ready to serve.
