Take a bowl add all ingredients and mix it and make the better.

A simple trick to a fulffy dhokla beat the better well.the more you beat the batter more air is incorporated in the butter resulting in soft spongy dhokla.

Just remamber to beat the batter befor adding eno. After adding eno dont let the batter sit for a long while. Steam it in 4-5 mints in microwaves.

When a little cool cut into squres and keep in a serving bowl.

Now take a deep pan heat the oil. now add musterd seeds,green chilli and saute it.

Now add the sugar,water,salt and mix it and boil it for 2-3 mints.

When water is little cool than add the dhokla pieces in it for 30 mints.
